A super-lightweight and highly protective down jacket for the hardest modern Alpine routes.
A product of Mountain Equipment's RnD with top Alpinists, the Xeros jacket uses high quality 800 fill power down to provide the best insulation for the lowest weight penalty. The 10D GORETEX INFINIUM drop shell outer provides excellent weather protection whilst also remaining highly packable, ensuring this jacket occupies little space in your pack. The optimised FIRESTORM design enhances the insulative effect and the insulated Super HC hood accomodates a helmet whilst providing protection to the face. An array of pockets ensure essentials are kept in-reach and, crucially for electronics; warm. Adjustability is provided by internally elasticated cuffs and dual-tether drawcord hem.
