The Xeros Jacket from Mountain Equipment is a super-lightweight and highly protective down jacket for the hardest modern Alpine routes. Part of an extended R&D project with some of the best Alpinists in the world, this minimalist down jacket has been developed to offer maximum protection and warmth for the least possible weight and pack size. The 10D GORE-TEX INFINIUM drop outer shell provides weather resistance whilst remaining light and 140g of 800 fill power goose down provides a high level of warmth without adding bulk. An adjustable hem and super-alpine hood ensures complete insulation, and zipped exterior and interior pockets keep essentials close at hand and crucially; warm.
