JL has skiing in his blood. Having first hit the slopes aged 7, he loved it from the get-go, encouraged by parents who shared and nurtured his passion. What makes the mountains for JL is the atmosphere, and that’s something he tries to replicate in-store. As a freestyler he gets through more equipment than most, but he’s always looking for ways to extend the life of his kit and invest in quality gear that will stand up to whatever he throws at it, whilst encouraging our customers to do the same.

Amelia loves nothing more than sharing her passion for skiing with likeminded colleagues and customers. Because for Amelia it’s about more than just skiing: it’s a community and she wants to help others share in that passion too. Choosing ethical brands, looking after her gear and supporting environmental charities and projects to reduce her impact are all qualities Amelia tries to encourage in our customers too.

Johnny got the skiing bug on his first school trip aged 13. Since then, he’s been all over the world, skiing anywhere and everywhere he can. In short, skiing is what makes Johnny tick. He loves chatting with customers as though they were friends on the chairlift, and his extensive experience of the mountains informs every interaction he has. He’s passionate about helping people make smarter, better choices by championing sustainable gear that fits, lasts and is adaptable to multiple situations.
